Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

United States: Free standard shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days.

European Union: Flat rate $20 USD. Estimated delivery: 10–21 business days.

Rest of Europe: Flat rate $20 USD. Estimated delivery: 10–21 business days.

Rest of World: Flat rate $20 USD. Estimated delivery: 14–30 business days.

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–3 business days for tracking information to update.

Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at harbar.k@lanett.ua within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
